We’re looking for a high-energy, people-oriented Sales & Office Assistant to support daily operations and help drive bookings and member experience.
Role OverviewThis role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, and operations. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for potential clients and members, helping convert inquiries into bookings while ensuring a seamless in-space experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Conversion
- Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, email, text, online leads) quickly and professionally
- Conduct tours of the space and confidently present offerings
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings and memberships
- Manage pipeline and track leads through CRM or internal systems
Customer Experience
- Greet members and guests with a warm, professional presence
- Build relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Ensure a high-quality, welcoming environment at all times
Operations Support
- Assist with booking coordination (meeting rooms, events, offices)
- Support event setup and breakdown when needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of shared spaces
- Coordinate with vendors or team members as needed
- Strong sales experience (hospitality, events, coworking, retail, or similar)
- Naturally people-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator — comfortable with calls, email, and text follow-ups
- Highly responsive and organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset — takes initiative and follows through
- Professional, polished, and reliable
- Sales & closing skills (handling objections, follow-ups, urgency)
- Customer service excellence and relationship building
- Verbal and written communication (clear, warm, professional)
- CRM / lead tracking (or ability to learn quickly)
- Time management and task prioritization
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Basic tech proficiency (Google Workspace, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Experience in coworking, event space, or hospitality
- Familiarity with booking systems or CRM tools
- Interest in community building and events
- Part-time hours (to be discussed)
- Some weekend availability preferred
