What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Payment Collection and Account Resolution, you'll be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection and account resolution
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to ensure customers feel informed and supported
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and guidance on improving performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
- Participating in virtual team environments to stay connected with colleagues and engage in weekly contests and incentives
Who You Are
