Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our Amazon Online Chat Support team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stay informed about Amazon products and services to provide accurate information.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or online chat environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
