The Role
As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. You'll be the frontline in ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing a wide range of topics, from pricing and refund policies to discount codes and more. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Utilize online chat application to interact with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring that customers feel heard, understood, and valued
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Contract Length and Rate
* Open-ended contract with no fixed term
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
Requirements
* Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
- Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours
- Reliable internet connectivity is essential

Hours and Location
* Flexible schedule, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your needs
