Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of customer satisfaction that arenaflex is known for.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing accurate information about flight schedules, fares, and policies.
  • Assisting customers with booking, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Documenting and updating customer records accurately in the system.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a preference for those with experience in the travel or airline industry.

Working Hours
