Job Responsibilities

As a Client Care Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online channels
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Proactively identifying solutions to client questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to our team of experts when necessary

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A strong customer service background, with a minimum of 6 months of experience working with PC and online tools
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
• A reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
• The ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
• A flexible schedule, with the ability to work a variable schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment

• Excellent relational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Experience working in a healthcare or medical setting
