Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working with a variety of text, speech, and other types of data to ensure accuracy and quality
• Utilizing in-house tools and software to meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Reporting any issues with tools and software as they arise
• Demonstrating ownership and drive while providing input for enhancements to existing tooling that can improve the volume and quality of the data we process
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all relevant arenaflex policies for handling sensitive data
