Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our online market research department on an evening shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Provide email customer service to clients through our online ticket response system

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize best-answer templates to ensure consistent and high-quality communication
• Perform data entry tasks, including online surveys, product and service testimonials, and other online tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery

Requirements

* Computer proficiency, intermediate functioning ability level is minimum requirement
