Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Transferring data between applications, ensuring precision and accuracy in migration.
• Creating and managing spreadsheets with large datasets, demonstrating a commitment to error-free data entry.
• Verifying data by cross-referencing it with source documents, maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A college degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology.
• Proven experience as a data entry specialist, showcasing accuracy and efficiency.
• Fast typing skills with excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Solid working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of web-based applications and associated navigation.
• Strong command of English, both oral and written, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
