Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive successful adoption, long-term value, and business impact for key accounts
  • Facilitating executive meetings to drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes
  • Driving positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores through initiatives with customers
  • Building relationships with key account contacts and internal partners on sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Identifying growth and expansion opportunities within the account portfolio
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Developing and delivering customer success plans, reports, and presentations to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* 3 years of related experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • Experience working with enterprise or strategic level customers preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships in software as a service or technology environments
  • Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience in project/change management and organizational development
  • Passion for outstanding customer service and account management
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking individual

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of human resources/talent acquisition function

  • Experience in sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives in a corporate environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
