Join Our Remote Customer Support Team

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated customer service representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective support

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, addressing all aspects of their concerns
  • Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Help service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
  • Collaborate with a fully remote team, utilizing technology for team communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software issues and resolve complex customer concerns
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software, email, and web-based platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
