Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for managing guest communications, resolving issues, and ensuring that every guest has a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll work closely with our Field Team to coordinate operational needs, schedule repairs and maintenance, and oversee various other tasks to ensure that our properties are always in top condition.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Conducting guest screening to ensure safety and security and comply with arenaflex and property partner requirements
  • Providing booking suggestions, making alterations, and managing all guest reservations
  • Using our digital communication systems to manage guest communications, including messages, emails, calls, and texts
  • Responding to guest communications and addressing concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Fielding guest complaints, conducting research, and negotiating solutions for guest satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting maintenance and technology issues, lockouts, and other guest issues
  • Coordinating operational needs with arenaflex staff, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and working with Field Team to schedule turnovers and other tasks
  • Overseeing various other tasks for arenaflex properties, including serving as a point of contact for property partner communications, managing listing marketing, and analyzing guest reviews to determine opportunities for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A positive attitude and exceptional customer service presence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A reliable smartphone, computer, and high-speed wifi connection at all times
  • The ability to respond to any message in 5 minutes or less
  • A college diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • 2-3 references from past or current supervisors

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other operational systems

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its trends
  • Experience with social media marketing and public relations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
