Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Analyzing customer inquiries and resolving issues and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing sales and customer service communication skills to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior call center experience preferred
Education and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior call center experience within the last 3 years; at least 1 year of experience in a sales and customer service role
- Ability to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
- Authorized to work in the United States
