About the Role

As a Customer Management Associate Coordinator at arenaflex Bridgeton, you will work closely with the FLNA Midwest team to execute all processes associated with promotions, pricing maintenance, and managing customer databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Timely, accurate, and complete listing of FLNA products and appropriate pricing and promotional allowances in internal FLNA and external customer systems
  • Updating and communicating promotional calendars accurately and timely to all relevant parties both internally with FLNA and externally with the customer
  • Completing contracts supporting each customer and promotional event in an accurate and timely manner and communicating them to all parties
  • Applying proficiency with spreadsheets and analytical skills to support KAMs in assessing the effectiveness of various programs and initiatives
  • Supporting DOS and KAM team in the Midwest Region on various tasks and duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • High School diploma / GED
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and scheduled tasks
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications in Excel and PowerPoint and proficient in Outlook and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across multiple levels within the organization and with our customers
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
