Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing ticketing and reservation requests, including rebooking and refunding flights
  • Working with customers to resolve issues related to flight changes, cancellations, and delays
  • Providing information and assistance to customers regarding travel documents, visa requirements, and other travel-related matters
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Sabre or other travel management software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
  • Previous experience working in a high-pressure environment, such as a call center or customer service team
  • Knowledge of airline operations, including flight schedules, fares, and travel documents
  • Experience working with internal systems and tools, including CRM software and customer relationship management tools
