Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering consumer inquiries regarding product information under the guidelines of DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act)
- Documenting complaints accurately and handling refund and coupon processing
- Maintaining knowledge of brand information, product descriptions, and promotions
- Assisting with technical inquiries and complaint handling
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic, patient, and able to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in a health and wellness-related industry
