Job Description

As a Web Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional online experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
  • Scheduling appointments based on customer needs
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction

  • Accurately answer customer inquiries about products and services, addressing any concerns or issues
  • Schedule appointments based on customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback

Essential Qualifications:

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not required

  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting preferred
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and online chat platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above preferred)
  • Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills
  • Strong multitasking ability; gaming experience is helpful
  • Adaptability to change and thriving in a quick-paced work environment
