About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Content Operations & Innovation team. You'll be responsible for facilitating departmental needs, conducting market research, and analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of current transactional, digital marketplaces
- Research and examine industry trends and competitive landscapes for global marketplaces
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and refine aggressive pricing strategies
- Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting procedures to support financial planning efforts
- Collaborate with teams across departments to identify business opportunities
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations
Essential Qualifications
* Strong interest in working within the entertainment industry
- Passion for global market analysis and platform (customer/setter) experience
- Ability to live in Costa Rica during the internship (relocation and housing guide will be provided, if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative to work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to practice sound judgment
- Curiosity about learning new technology and workflows
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in data analysis or market research
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
