Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and manage the development of our contact center platform, ensuring that our customers and support specialists have an exceptional experience. As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a remote, part-time position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and make a meaningful impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, Customer Service Innovation, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and managing products to improve the customer and support specialist experience, including new feature development, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer and support specialist needs, and delivering solutions that meet those needs
  • Managing the development and implementation of products, including working with engineering and data science teams, as well as external vendors and consultants
  • Extending product management responsibility to other tools as business needs dictate
  • Embodying the arenaflex culture and values

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned product manager with:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products
  • Ability to make tough decisions informed by data and judgment
  • Deep focus on delivering an exceptional customer and support specialist experience
  • Proven track record of executing projects that quantifiably improved customer and support specialist experiences
  • Organizational leadership and influence without direct reports
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: great presentations and updates, ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships across functions
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead creators and specialists
  • Related experience working with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM products, whether external or in-house
  • Related experience focusing on Customer Support
  • Experience working on global products is a plus
