Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our remote team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while also contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Loading client employee payroll information and personal employee information into databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Updating client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses, contact information, and State Unemployment Insurance rate changes
- Maintaining accurate account information and ensuring the integrity of client taxes
- Collaborating with the team to resolve data-related issues and improve processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of Data Entry experience
- Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Microsoft Excel experience (1 year or more)
- Experience working with databases and data systems
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
