Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to their concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as customer service, business administration, or communications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote customer support environment

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
