The Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from various sources, including paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining detailed and organized records of data entries, verifying the accuracy of data entries, and resolving any errors that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into computer systems and databases with accuracy and efficiency
- Collect, scan, and digitize data from various sources, including paper documents, spreadsheets, and images
- Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries
- Verify the accuracy of data entries and resolve any errors that may arise
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a hybrid remote environment
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Physical demands: frequent sitting, use of computer keyboard and mouse, occasional standing, walking, and reaching; ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
