Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in mentoring and leading junior engineers, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and design patterns.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- A portfolio of previous frontend work or projects that demonstrate your skills and expertise.
