Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our databases and software programs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our records, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:

• Enter data into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content.
• Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative and a commitment to excellence.
• Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Compare data with source documents and utilize documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors, reporting them to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy, handling sensitive information with discretion and care.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
• Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
• Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and customers.

Available Shifts and Compensation

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with available shifts all days of the week. Our competitive compensation package includes a hourly rate of $40.00 - $45.00, depending on your experience and qualifications.
