Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You will be responsible for collecting and entering data into relevant systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates, and providing administrative support to the data entry function. Key Responsibilities

* Collect information and capture data promptly to ensure the business's databases are current and accurately reflect its developments, updates, and transactions.

  • Perform data entry in various systems, including EMR, and prepare information for data entry.
  • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing routine clerical and data entry functions.
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties.
  • Review and verify data prior to entry, and perform daily audits and data entry corrections.
  • Establish data entry requirements by following data program techniques and maintain data entry requirements.
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems and work with dealers to ensure data entry is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform high-volume data entry work, including data entry of new applications, credits, and other relevant information.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems, including EMR.

  • Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field.
