Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Success Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and experiences through live chat, email, and other digital channels. You'll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, feedback, complaints, or any other needs, and will work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support and experiences through live chat, email, and other digital channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, feedback, complaints, or any other needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage relationships between clients and arenaflex, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic English writing skills required; proficiency in multiple languages a plus
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work remotely and independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or customer support environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other digital tools
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
