Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our small business customers, providing them with expert guidance, support, and solutions to their queries. You will be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a call center setting is preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
