Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing comprehensive presentations and product materials to effectively communicate with customers and target audiences
- Identifying customer needs and offering products that pertain to preferences and personal requirements, incorporating opportunities for upselling when appropriate to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our clients
- Cultivating and nurturing professional relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Participating in training sessions alongside fellow entry-level arenaflex Customer Service Representatives and senior management to gain deeper insights and understanding of products, services, and local offerings
