Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to American Express Card Members visiting the Centurion Parlor. You'll be the face of American Express, representing our brand and values. Working as part of a dynamic team, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our clients, exceeding their expectations, and building loyalty. Your primary goal will be to make our clients feel valued, appreciated, and connected to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome American Express Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Create innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
  • Utilize the Client First mindset in addressing clients' needs and expectations
  • Provide travel and lifestyle recommendations, as well as assistance with reservations and bookings
  • Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical skills, using various technology platforms to provide support in a face-to-face client environment
  • Adjust to a rapidly changing environment, being flexible and adaptable
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
  • Perform light to moderate lifting, as necessary, for specific work tasks

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
  • Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience is highly desirable, including reservation experience
  • Proven ability to exceed client expectations, providing proactive solutions and recommendations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a charming and engaging demeanor
  • Ability to listen attentively to clients' needs, providing tailored suggestions and solutions that exceed their expectations
  • High level of technical skills, with the ability to use and adapt to various technology platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
