Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our Workforce Management team, driving success through precise data management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and updating employee data in the WFM system
- Maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Generating reports to provide insights on workforce performance
- Collaborating with team members to identify areas for process improvement
- Assisting in scheduling and attendance tracking
- Responding to inquiries related to data and reporting
- Participating in training and development opportunities as required
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
