Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary role will be to manage live chat interactions for numerous businesses, providing top-notch customer service, answering customer queries, and offering sales links and discounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Offering sales links and discounts to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with our clients' services and products to offer reliable information

No Fixed Term: Open-Ended Contract

We believe in the liberty and adaptability that an open-ended contract confers, providing job security that allows you to effectively plan your future. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, with the option to adjust your schedule as needed.

Competitive Pay Rate: $25 - $35 Per Hour

Required Skills and Background

To succeed as a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and stay motivated
  • Close adherence to specified instructions
  • A minimum of a weekly availability of at least 5 hours
  • A dependable and fast internet connection

Hours Per Week: 5 - 40 Hours
