Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering clear, concise, and empathetic support to enhance customer experience and resolve issues quickly
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate assistance
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
