Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team as a Live Chat Support Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting our online customers with their inquiries, concerns, and needs. You'll provide real-time support and engage with customers via live chat to ensure they have a positive shopping experience. This part-time remote position offers a dynamic work environment, excellent training, and opportunities for career growth within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems as needed
  • Offering product recommendations and providing information on promotions and deals
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
