Key Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Service Specialist for Resorts, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their booking process
  • Assisting clients in booking resort and hotel accommodations, including upgrades, packages, and special requests
  • Completing and maintaining certifications with resort and hotel suppliers to stay informed about the latest offerings and promotions
  • Handling changes, cancellations, or disruptions in travel plans, providing timely solutions to minimize client inconvenience
  • Actively promoting resort and hotel packages, offering premium options to enhance client experiences
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships for repeat business
  • Staying informed about trends, promotions, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations

Sales Responsibility
