Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining a deep knowledge of arenaflex services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers, helping them navigate our offerings and find the best fit for their needs.
• Identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution and prevent potential issues.
• Tracking customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments to inform future support efforts and improve customer experience.
• Striving towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, working closely with our team to ensure seamless support and exceptional service.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; higher educational level is a plus.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not required; we're open to training the right candidate.
