The Role

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Staying updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

* Proven experience as an Email/Chat Support Specialist or similar role

  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-4 years of experience in a related role

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
