Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Social Media Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our fans and customers across various social media platforms. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and effective customer support to fans and customers across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Social Media, Content, and Marketing, to ensure that customer support is aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and brand voice to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support processes and services.
  • Work closely with the Social Media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to the Social Media team to enhance customer support services.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to develop and implement content strategies that align with customer support goals and objectives.
  • Participate in social media listening and monitoring to stay informed about customer concerns and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including fans, customers, and partners, to ensure that customer support is aligned with business objectives and brand messaging.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and brand voice.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field.
  • Experience working in the entertainment or media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and brand voice.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, including Google Analytics or Sprout Social.
  • Certification in social media marketing or customer support.
