Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative to join our National Campaigns Unit. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound, outbound, and email responses, and providing accurate information to our clients' shareholders. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' shareholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle inbound, outbound, and email responses, ensuring accurate and timely communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' businesses, products, and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and flexible mindset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, including shareholder communications and proxy voting
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
