Job Summary

As an Experienced Spanish Overnight Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You will utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, navigate computerized systems, and provide exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels

• Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
• Navigate computerized systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries
• Leverage standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions
• Build the arenaflex Financial brand by providing exceptional customer experiences
• Assist over 100+ customers per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment
• Bring empathy to customer inquiries about reward redemptions, customer information updates, card activations, making payments, processing lost or stolen cards, statement and APR inquiries, and processes credit line increase and decrease requests

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of recent third shift experience
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators
• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range of $17.00 to $19.40 per hour
