Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent PT/FT, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email interactions. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. This is a part-time/full-time remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating priority concerns to high-level management
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs, providing solutions, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Developing rapport with customers, building trust, and fostering long-term relationships
  • Recording details of customer interactions, accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide informed and accurate responses

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; more education or experience may be preferred

  • Exceptional customer service skills, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills
