Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. Following an initial 3 weeks of comprehensive on-site training in Tampa, Florida, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, responding to account inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboard new customers and respond to account inquiries with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.

  • Ensure seamless communication across various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Address billing inquiries and manage tasks efficiently through our ticketing system.
  • Exhibit exceptional care and urgency, exemplifying our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Utilize our ticketing system to track and manage customer inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.

Required Skills

* Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in managing billing inquiries and familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.

Qualifications

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

  • Prior experience in Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Provider support is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset.
