Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering all inbound sales leads with a positive and professional attitude
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Handling all complaints with top priority and working towards immediate resolution
  • Instilling a culture of "100% customer satisfaction" in every interaction
  • Treating all inquiries or orders with top priority and ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborating with the Sales Manager(s) and department Sales Consultant Lead(s) to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong and diverse skillset, with experience in sales, customer service, and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • A high level of self-motivation and goal orientation, with a drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to navigate through programs and Windows fundamentals
  • The ability to be animated and excited during sales presentations, with a passion for creating income through sales
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with regular job attendance required in accordance with a regular schedule established by the supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of our products and services, with a strong understanding of their features and benefits
  • Familiarity with our technology and systems, with the ability to navigate through programs and Windows fundamentals

  • Certification in sales and customer service, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
