The Role
As a Live Chat Agent/Online Chat Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing product information in real-time through our online chat platform. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset, the ability to respond swiftly and accurately to a range of queries, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage customers through online chat to assist with inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions
- Document customer interactions and manage inquiries using CRM software
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service quality
- Monitor chat cues and respond actively to incoming messages
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and troubleshooting guides

Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in customer service or live chat support roles
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
