Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving problems efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English Bilingual (a plus)

  • Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays (depending on scheduling needs)
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
