Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex's products and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including account information and sales data
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using electronic systems and software to manage client interactions and sales data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
