Job Summary

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll assist members with inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about healthcare plans, coverage, and benefits. Your problem-solving skills, empathy, and attention to detail will be essential in resolving member issues, processing claims, and ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Interact with members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Assist members with inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about healthcare plans, coverage, and benefits
  • Resolve member issues, such as claims disputes, billing questions, or difficulties accessing care
  • Provide educational support to members on preventive care, wellness programs, and healthcare options
  • Process claims and guide members through the claims process
  • Ensure accurate and efficient service delivery through attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or related industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
