- Prior Experience: Served 15 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman in the medical field, building a strong foundation in discipline, care, and leadership.

- Prior Experience: Background in construction and continues to run her own construction company, bringing a strong work ethic and mindset.
- Passionate About: Building, fixing, and managing life on a farm while caring for a variety of animals. Whether she’s working on a project or taking care of her animals, she thrives in a hands-on lifestyle powered by hard work, resilience, and a little bit of mud.
- Time with Aflac: 2 years
- Prior Experience: Background in property management, with experience in organization and operations.
- Passionate About: Cheering on the Dallas Mavericks, getting lost in a good book, and picking up new hobbies, often rotating from one interest to the next. Whether she’s exploring something new or tuning in for game time, she brings curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm into everything she does.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
- Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
- Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
- Attend team meetings and trainings.
- Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
- Proven industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
- Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
