- You'll be the primary point of contact for clients. The person they reach out to when they have questions, need guidance, or want to understand their options better.
- You'll own new account setup from handoff to fully active by managing group enrollment, timelines, and every step in between.
- You'll analyze and present benefit plan options, working closely with clients and members to help them understand what's available and what actually makes sense for their situation.
- You'll ensure each member is enrolled correctly and understands their plan, with the patience to make benefit-speak actually make sense.
- You'll manage renewals and plan changes, proactively, thoroughly, and with an eye toward compliance and a smooth experience for everyone involved.
- When something isn't working — a process, a communication, a workflow — you'll say so. We value that. Speak up, bring a thought, make it better.
- Salary range: $60,000 – $75,000
- 20 days PTO annually
