What you could do with us

BE Cloud Belgium is looking for a driven Partner Development Manager (PDM) to accelerate our growth in the Belgian MSP market. In this role, you will build strong relationships with Managed Service Providers, support them in their Microsoft cloud strategy, and help them grow their customer portfolio through our solutions.

Your potential responsibilities:

· You manage and develop a portfolio of MSP partners in Belgium.

· You advise partners on Microsoft 365, Azure, security, and license optimization.

· You identify commercial opportunities and turn them into sustainable growth.

· You support partners with go-to-market strategies, training, and technical insights.

· You work closely with our technical teams to optimally support partners.

Essential requirements

· A relationship builder with commercial flair and a strong affinity with the MSP world.

· Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions (M365, Azure, Security) is a strong plus.

· Analytical, well-structured, and able to guide partners strategically.

· You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
