Skills
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and ensure client needs are met
- Proven experience in Customer Support and resolving inquiries effectively and empathetically
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate customer concerns, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role is highly regarded
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with online sales platforms is a plus
- Adaptability to changing needs and the ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Logistics experience is advantageous
